Wellness Wheel Exercise To Look and Feel Your Best In The New Year



We are going into the new year in just a few weeks and I’ve already started thinking about how I need things to change or where I need to focus to feel more well.


Wellness is an individual journey that is personal to each of us. What I need to feel balanced might be different than what others need to feel balanced in their own lives.


This Wellness Wheel will help you discover the areas where you could use more balance to feel your best in the coming year and always.



Directions:


  1. Place a dot on the line in each category to indicate your level of satisfaction.

Place a dot at the center of the circle to indicate dissatisfaction, or on the outer areas of the circle to indicate satisfaction. Most people fall somewhere in between. (see example)


  1. Connect the dots to see your Circle of Life.


  2. Identify imbalances. Determine where to spend more time and energy to create balance.
