Q: How do I reserve an appointment?
A: It’s incredibly easy, because we give you a number of convenient ways to do so. Of course, you can always call us for availability (401.861.0908). Or you can visit our website (www.spacitron.com/book-an-appointment) to reserve a reservation(s) in real time. Also, you have the option of downloading MindBody to your phone; you’ll be able to see our schedule right away and reserve your appointment(s).
Q: Do you accept walk in guests?
A: As much as we would like to accommodate everyone looking for reservations, we have limited availability the day of, if you are hoping to reserve that same day. So we ask that each of our guests reserve a specific time to meet their schedule and needs. This allows us to give you the undivided attention you need, and full Citron experience.
Q: Do you ever get cancellations?
A: Of course we do! Life happens and sometimes people aren’t able to make their reservations. Always ask to be put on our cancellation list, if you are looking for a particular day and time. This way if someone does cancel we will call you. Most times we know well in advance. Also, by joining our email list, you will receive periodic last minute availability due to cancellations.
Q: How far in advance should I reserve an appointments?
A: We recommend at least two weeks in advance to reserve any appointments. If you are looking for a specific technician, day and/or time, we recommend at least 4 weeks. When reserving Spa Parties and Spa Packages, please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks for larger reservations.
